CredVibe provides educational tools, structured guidance, and AI-powered financial onboarding resources designed for international students building credit in the United States.

By accessing or purchasing CredVibe services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of Services

CredVibe provides:
- US financial onboarding guidance
- ITIN application support documentation guidance
- Structured credit-building roadmap
- AI-generated recommendations (Creddy AI)

CredVibe is not a law firm, CPA firm, financial advisory firm, credit repair organization, bank, or the IRS. We provide structured guidance and educational tools only.

3. No Legal or Financial Advice

All content, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs are for educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the platform, applications submitted to financial institutions, IRS filings, and compliance with immigration, tax, and financial laws.

4. ITIN Processing & Identity Support

If you use our ITIN support system:
- Once documentation is prepared and/or submitted, work has been performed.
- IRS processing is outside our control.
- Approval timelines are determined solely by the IRS.

We do not guarantee approval.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Due to the nature of digital access and identity preparation services, refunds are not offered once:
- Access to the dashboard is granted
- ITIN documentation guidance is delivered
- Work has begun
- Any IRS-related materials are prepared or submitted

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. No Guarantee of Credit Approval

CredVibe does not guarantee credit card approval, bank account approval, specific credit score outcomes, or timeframes for credit growth. Approval decisions are made solely by financial institutions.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, not misuse the platform, not share login credentials, and not attempt to reverse-engineer the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

CredVibe is not liable for credit denials, IRS delays, financial losses, immigration consequences, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or misuse of services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
